Despite a ton of buzz around the end of brick and mortar and the rise of e-commerce behemoths like Amazon and Walmart, offline retailers aren’t going away — they’re evolving. In the years ahead, the new era of retail will undoubtedly be a melding of physical and digital, as shoppers now take more of a blended, multichannel approach to making purchases. I believe this shift will bring with it a major emphasis on customer experience and an increased role for artificial intelligence.
Despite the fact that it hosts a ton of conferences each year, helpful sessions that teach you more about how to integrate AI into your business in ways that can improve customer satisfaction might not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Las Vegas. Your initial thought might be something glitzier, with a little more star power.
The Interactions 2019 conference put on by NICE inContact at the Aria Resort and Casino from April 15-17 actually does have some of that, including featured keynotes by Ashton Kutcher and Gordon Ramsay. But it will also feature our own CEO, Ravi N. Raj, speaking at the “CXone and AI In Action” panel, in Ironwood Ballroom 3 at 3 p.m. on April 16.
We can’t promise you’ll brush shoulders with celebrities, but we can say that this particular breakout session will tell you more about how CXone’s cloud platform has been integrated with Passage AI chatbot technology to take its customer service and virtual assistant functionality to the next level. It’s just one of many panels taking place at Interactions 2019 that promise to be both informative and enlightening.
